Nothing quite gets the conversation going like the story of George Hencapie - team mate of Lance Armstrong during his TDF winning years with the Trek US Postal Service Team. Hencapie moved to Girona for training and had a favourite loop route that became legendary. Partly for the incredible impact it had on his performance, and aprtly for the stories of blood transfusions on the route! All you need to know is where to go, and THAT is something we can help with!

You may have met Alain at the Mallorca Clubhouse, but when he's not running the Rocacorba pop-up store he's also our regional partner for Girona. Born and bred in Banyoles he knows every back road, coffee stop and watering hole for 100 miles. So if you need more information, or would like to plan a custom trip please do give him a shout.
